I grew up in a semi-arid steppe climate northern Nevada and I've always loved it. Hot, dry summer, snow but not too much in the winter. It's my ideal climate and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. It depends on the season in Michigan.

It's cold most of the time. I tend to prefer a very tropical climate. Those are really nice. I live in the UK which has fairly middling weather with few real extremes in our climate. Something like Eilat, Israel or the Canary Islands.

Oh Lordy, south central Texas. Hot and humid. I was born here so I'm used to it, but I wish our climate would either be less humid or cooler. There is a legitimate reason why some of us wear cowboy hats. I honestly think I was destined to be a Yankee at heart climate wise.

While I understand the appeal of tropical climates, I would probably rather just visit them as I have, in Mexico and Hawaii rather than live full-time in one. Tropical climates have one season all year long I'm in Michigan so we get four seasons. I despise the long and cold winters and it is generally too cloudy, which is depressing. I plan to move somewhere in the South where it is warm and sunny most of the year, somewhere like Arizona, Texas, or Florida.

I don't particularly like winter because of wearing a lot of clothes, even if they are elegant, but winter foods are tasty but make people fatter.

But in winter we cannot forget that our body needs vitamins and minerals to increase our defenses and prevent against flu, colds and other illnesses typical of the cold season. Image Source. Well, the most beautiful weather of the year and what I love is autumn, because the temperature is ideal, it's not too hot or too cold.
